CRW Security Training

Overview

Effective supervision and leadership of security personnel is essential to the successful delivery of any professional security service. The key motivating factor for many customers in changing their security service provider, is often the poor quality of frontline staff supervision.

Course Structure

The course covers nine modules which have been designed to be delivered in 2 sessions of two days duration each.  The programme is delivered at our dedicated training centre in Swindon.

The nine modules are as follows:

• The role of the supervisor
• Communication skills
• Customer Service & Continuous Improvement
• Delegation
• Leadership
• Problem solving and decision making
• Reviewing performance (Appraisal & Disciplinary Skills)
• Teamwork
• Time Management

Assessment & Certification

Assessment is made throughout the course, via the trainer’s observation of the delegate’s participation in tasks and exercises.  Successful candidates will be awarded:

1. Certificate in Supervisory Management
2. Appraisal Skills Certificate
3. Disciplinary Skills Certificate
4. Continuous Improvement & Customer Service Certificate

Course Fees

The cost for this course is £495+ VAT for individuals or £3400+ VAT for in house training for up to 10 delegates.
